Even Tuell
Paul-David Rollmann is founder and head of design of Airbag Craftworks, an experimental German fashion and design label. In 1995 Airbag Craftworks invented the “Airbag”, a recordbag made from re-used old airmattresses – a unique bag designed by musiclovers for musiclovers.
The biggest influence and inspiration for the Airbag Craftworks label was the sound of the electronic underground- and US House music of the early 90’s. Since then, Airbag Craftworks is creating products and statements in the context of fashion, design and music an sells them in selected shops in Europe and Japan.
The Airbag Craftworks Compilations were created as a friendship project with Jens Kuhn aka Lowtec (of Out to Lunch records) and give a overview in the environments and sound affections in form of exclusive trax submitted by artists like Isolée, Losoul, Jan Jelinek, Roman Flügel, Move D, S-Max, Freestyle Man and others.
Paul-David has played with Matthew Herbert, Maurice Fulton, Charles Webster, Like a Tim, Losoul, Cristian Vogel, Joakim, Clatterbox, Move D, Lowtec, Roger 23, Ricardo Villalobos, Ata, Roman Flügel, Prosumer, Swayzak, Thomas Meinecke, Hakan Lidbo, YMO, Vainqueur, Cassy and others.
Paul-David is producing electronic sound somewhere between Minimal Detroit House and a touch of sheffield-like Electronica since 1999 under the pseudonym Even Tuell.
