Lena Willikens is a musician and DJ based in Cologne. Known for her stormy attitude in mixing A-class vinyls, her groovy, dynamic and impulsive sets and her remarkable records constantly inspire music lovers and dancers alike. Unveiling her special taste for the dark side of disco, jackin underground house, and rough and funky rhythms from Comeme parties in Santiago De Chile or Cologne, to Salon des Amateurs in Duesseldorf, the club where she holds a residency and is responsible for artist bookings, Lena has played alongside guest DJs like Matias Aguayo, I:Cube, Rune Lindboek, Capracara, Gilb R, and many others, her DJ style is always dirty, rough and bizarre, full of love for the spirit of rare good music and the will to surprise, driven by the will to make people dance to tunes they have never heard before. In addition she plays the theremin and other electronic devices in noise duo Titanoboa with Melanie Wratil (Institut Fuer Feinmotorik) and in various collaborative projects with artists like Charlotte Bendiks and Daniel Maloso.
